You get a written report on what's wrong, what's missing, and what it'll take to fix it, plus a fixed-fee proposal. This isn't a sales pitch dressed up as a favor — it's real analysis, and it's yours to keep either way.
Cleanup
This is where we go back through your historical books and make them accurate. Reconciliations, reclassifications, duplicate removal, corrected balances — whatever your Diagnostic found, we fix it, with documentation you can hand to your tax preparer, lender, or accountant with confidence.
Setup
A chart of accounts, workflows, and job-costing structure built around how your business actually operates — not a generic template. Training
